Peter Davies

Managing Director

With over 50 years of experience, Peter is a highly respected valuer and auctioneer, specialising in asset disposal for UK and international insolvency practitioners.

A former executive of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers, he’s been involved in many high-profile administrations.

His expertise spans agricultural machinery, vehicles, classic cars, plant & machinery, AV equipment, fine art, and general chattels.

Loreta Hall

Director

Loreta brings nearly 45 years of industry experience, previously playing a key role in Philip Davies & Sons.

Known for her no-nonsense approach and sharp problem-solving skills, she oversees practice operations and specialises in valuing stock-in-trade, IT, and electronics.

Sam Hall

Director

Sam has 22 years’ experience in auctions and insolvency, with a background in both national and international asset sales.

He has a passion for auctions and specialises in construction plant, Engineering, Vehicles, stock-in-trade, and general business assets.

He is also our ROT expert.

Arlene Kelly

Office Administrator

With 25 years at an international auction firm, Arlene has managed auction sites across the UK, Europe and Australia.

She brings expert knowledge in administration, clerking, invoicing, logistics, and marketing.

Chris Jensen

Auction Coordinator & Valuation Assistant

Chris joined PDS from a logistics background in large-scale sporting events.

He supports auction coordination, collections, marketing and office operations with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Barry Clegg

Auction Porter & Logistics Operative

Barry has over 20 years of hands-on experience in auction logistics and site preparation.

A skilled forklift operator, he plays a key role in removals, auction set-up and asset handling.

His practical knowledge and reliability make him a vital part of the PDS team.

 

Callum Hewitt

Auction Valuations Assistant

Callum is the newest member of the PDS team, with over two years of experience supporting all aspects of auction operations.

He assists with valuations, cataloguing, photography, general administration and sales preparation.

Known for his attention to detail and enthusiasm, he’s quickly become a valuable team member.

 

Henry Davies

Valuation Assistant & Warehouse Manager

As one of the “sons” behind Peter Davies & Sons, Henry plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the business.

He assists with valuations and photography, while also overseeing warehouse operations and auction logistics with a hands-on approach and strong work ethic.

 

Graeme King

Valuer

Graeme brings a wealth of industry experience, having previously run his own business.

A highly respected figure in the field, he offers expert knowledge in engineering, woodworking equipment, commercial vehicles, office furnishings, and printing machinery.

His insights and professionalism make him a trusted member of the PDS team.
